3x10 Each of PVC Front Squats and Push Presses

Strength
PVC Thrusters 5x5

Conditioning
12-15 min AMRAP with partner, alternate full rounds with partner
5 Thrusters with pvc or light to moderate body bar
10 push ups
15 jump rope (single or double unders)
