The 307 ATHLETE FACILITY is a training area located within LifeTime Health & Fitness.

307 ATHLETE is a way to workout, sport, lifestyle and much more. Come experience the 307 Community of athletes all working hard to improve and better their lives.

Workout in one of our classes with one of our amazing coaches or do your own programming with friends. The 307 is in Open Gym mode at all times.

All services of LifeTime are available to 307 Athletes and vice versa. Try yoga, Jiu Jitsu, basketball or go for a swim. Sit in the sauna or try out a cycling class.
