TRAINING WITH A PURPOSE

If you’re looking for preparation to get “race-ready” or just want to get fit and healthy, HYROX Training will get you there. If you’re familiar (or unfamiliar) with our MVMT (formerly CrossFit) classes, we describe HYROX as a less intimidating, more accessible class experience - 60 min class without a barbell and no advanced gymnastics or skill work.

HYROX COMPETE

HYROX is the sport of Fitness Racing. With 65+ races across 30+ countries, HYROX has evolved to become a lifestyle of choice for over 500,000+ every day gym-goers, sports enthusiasts and competitive athletes alike.

THE COMPETION: A standardized fitness race format alternating between running and 8 functional workout stations.

Our HYROX Group Classes include high intensity functional fitness and are a fun, engaging, and challenging way to get all-round fit, but they are just the beginning of the journey. The HYROX Races are the ultimate challenge to test your fitness and compete against athletes around the world.
